Since 1987, the Vieques Humane Society and Animal Rescue has made great strides in bringing about an awareness of humane issues. To function we need so many things such as food to kitty litter to medical supplies. What we don't get from donations we have to pay for, so funds are very important!!! Any donation from money to leashes and collars is GREATLY appreciated. Even just telling friends about us helps us out!!!

You can donate money with specific projects in mind. For example, if you want to donate money towards the new cat house, please specify on the check or in your letter.

We would REALLY appreciate funds to help with travel fees for us to get animals homes in the states. This could include money for crates, taxi rides and airline fees!!

VHSAR is always looking for ways to save money and help our environment. You can help us by giving us your discarded aluminum and aluminum cans, plastic medication and vitamin bottles and your old cell phones. Drop items off at the VHSAR during business hours.
